Kate Endle

 

Kate Endle was born and raised in Northeast Ohio. She earned a Bachelor of Illustration degree from The Columbus College of Art and Design. She has been illustrating professionally for over ten years, specializing in children's material. Her work can be found on greeting cards, bus shelters, children's books, and magazines. Clients include: Adventure Media, Charlesbridge Publishing, The Domain Group, Frontier Airlines, Grand Image, Harcourt Brace, I Knew That!, Innovative Kids, Kids Can Press, Klutz Publishing, McGraw- Hill, National Wildlife Federation, Noodle Soup, Outside the Box, PCC, Scholastic, Sesame Street Workshop, Walter Foster, Washington Mutual, Yamaha, and Zaner-Bloser.


After years of collecting and creating decorative paper, Kate realized it was time to put her paper to use. With scissors and glue she has created a new venue for her love of design and color. As a result, she is currently pursuing a second body of original and recognizable art. Her collage work can currently be found in various galleries and boutiques around the Northwest, where she currently resides. Upcoming projects include the 2007 release of two children's picture books: Bella and the Bunny, published by Kids Can Press- Spring 2007 and The Trout are Made of Trees, published by Charlesbridge Publishing- Fall 2007. Her collage images are also available in limited edition prints and home decor posters.
