How to Order
When You Receive Your Order

Be sure to open and review your order upon receipt.

If you need to return artwork, we will credit your purchase if you:

  • Notify customer service at 206.624.0444 ext. 123 that you have a return.
  • Return your artwork in the original, undamaged condition.
  • Include a copy of your invoice.
  • Return within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Orders will only be credited (no refunds) if Grand Image is notified within 5 days of receipt of the order. This credit will be available on your account for 90 days to use on a Grand Image order. After 90 days, the credit is no longer available.
  • Any special order artwork is non-refundable (special cropping, color shifting, test strips, and etc.).
  • No Grand Image credit may be used to purchase any Grand Image posters.

RETURNS ARE TO BE PACKED CAREFULLY. WE WILL NOT CREDIT POORLY PACKED AND/OR DAMAGED ARTWORK. TO ENSURE CAREFUL PACKING OF ARTWORK, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST USING OUR CONTAINER/TUBE TO RETURN THE ARTWORK.
