When You Receive Your Order
Be sure to open and review your order upon receipt.
If you need to return artwork, we will credit your purchase if you:
- Notify customer service at 206.624.0444 ext. 123 that you have a return.
- Return your artwork in the original, undamaged condition.
- Include a copy of your invoice.
- Return within 5 business days of delivery.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Orders will only be credited (no refunds) if Grand Image is notified within 5 days of receipt of the order. This credit will be available on your account for 90 days to use on a Grand Image order. After 90 days, the credit is no longer available.
- Any special order artwork is non-refundable (special cropping, color shifting, test strips, and etc.).
- No Grand Image credit may be used to purchase any Grand Image posters.
RETURNS ARE TO BE PACKED CAREFULLY. WE WILL NOT CREDIT POORLY PACKED AND/OR DAMAGED ARTWORK. TO ENSURE CAREFUL PACKING OF ARTWORK, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST USING OUR CONTAINER/TUBE TO RETURN THE ARTWORK.
